Track your order

Orders typically take 1 to 3 business days to process at our warehouse in Henderson, Nevada. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed, and orders placed late on Friday or over the weekend will ship on Monday at the earliest. Express orders receive priority picking and packing, but the same processing window applies.

Standard Ground typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after processing. Express arrives within 2 to 3 business days after processing. Because we ship from Nevada, West Coast orders often arrive a day or two sooner. Carriers include OnTrac, DHL, FedEx, and USPS.

Custom orders will take 1-2 weeks to ship.

Your order was most likely split into two shipments. The most common reason is a customized MyRumpl blanket. Custom items are made separately and ship on their own, typically 1 to 2 weeks after your order, so they get their own tracking number and may arrive on a different day than the rest of your order.

Each tracking number is for a separate package, so you don't need to do anything. Please allow each to arrive on its own. If you only see one package after your estimated delivery window, or the split doesn't match what you ordered, email info@rumpl.mom with your order number and we'll look into it.

Customized MyRumpl blankets ship separately from the rest of your order and typically take 1 to 2 weeks to ship. If your order includes both, you will receive separate tracking updates.

Every blanket carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, accidents or loss.
